At InstaPet.in, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered to you.
To be eligible, the product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Perishable items like pet food and consumables are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team at instapetindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order details and reason for the return, along with supporting photos if applicable.
Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Products marked as “Final Sale”
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
